Fresh Ginger Root - Herbal remedy for  Allergies: Fresh ginger root can bring relief for chronic allergies. Grate a one inch piece of fresh ginger and boil in two cups of water. Drink when warm.

Fresh Ginger Root - Herbal remedy for Asthma
: Ginger root can be effective in treating asthma. You can have it as a tea. Crush or grate one inch piece of fresh ginger. Boil in 3 cups of water for 15 minutes until reduced to one cup of liquid. Strain and drink a cup twice daily.

Fresh Ginger Root - Herbal remedy for Arthritis: Ginger root is also a remedy for arthritis. The daily requirement is 2-4 grams. You can have it as a tea. Grate or crush the ginger, boil in two cups of water, strain and drink.
