Aloe Vera Juice - Herbal remedy for Chest Pains:  When the pain is due to acid reflux aloe vera juice is very helpful. Drink a glass twice daily.  
Aloe Vera Juice - Herbal remedy for Hernia:  Aloe vera juice has a soothing effect on the lining of the esophagus and stomach and it can also help reduce stomach acid. Drink one glass two or three times a day until you feel better. 
Health Warning: Do not take aloe juice if you are pregnant or nursing, or if you have kidney disease or heart disease.

Aloe Vera Juice - Herbal remedy for Lyme Disease:  Lyme disease is a bacterial infection caused by infected ticks.  This health disorder is treated using antibiotics but certain herbal remedies are also proved to be extremely beneficial for the patients suffering from Lyme disease.
Aloe vera is a herb used for treating a number of health conditions. Drinking aloe vera juice regularly also helps in alleviating the Lyme disease symptoms. This remedy works by improving the stretch of our immune system. Aloe vera detoxifies our system; eradicating the toxins from our system and is extremely essential for initiating the healing procedure. The antibacterial properties of aloe vera allow the herb to work in the same way as the antibiotics. Drink three cups of aloe vera juice daily until condition improves.

Aloe Vera Juice or Gel - Herbal remedy for Syphilis: Put some aloe vera juice or gel in a bowl. Wear protective latex gloves. Dip a cotton pad in the gel or juice and apply on the rashes and sores. Leave it to dry for 10 minutes and then wipe it off.  Apply aloe vera gel or juice twice daily.
