Coconut Water

Coconut Water is the clear liquid inside coconuts. it has a refreshing, sweet, nutty taste. Not to be confused with coconut milk or coconut oil. Coconut Milk is traditionally made by grating the white inner flesh of brown coconuts and mixing the shredded coconut flesh with a small amount of water in order to suspend the fat present in the grated flesh. Coconut Oil, or copra oil, is the edible oil extracted from the kernel or meat of mature coconuts harvested from the coconut palm. It contains mostly saturated fat, which is also found in large quantities in butter and red meat.
