Chicory, Endive, Escarole - Herbal remedy for Constipation: Eat endive, escarole raw or boil it in water and drink the water.

Chicory, Endive, Escarole  - Herbal remedy for Vision Loss: Chicory also known as endive is rich in Vitamin A  which is important for eye health.  Mix one third of a cup of chicory juice with two thirds of a cup of celery juice, half a cup of parsley juice and one cup of carrot juice. Drink one to two cups of the mixture per day.
