Dates - Natural remedy for Constipation: For a mild laxative, soak six dates in a glass of hot water. When the water is cool drink it and then eat the dates.

Dates - Natural remedy for Erectile Dysfunction:  Mix crushed dates, ground almonds and quince seeds with warm milk. Take 100 grams of this mixture once a day for a month.
