Psyllium Seed Husk Tea

Psyllium Seed Husk Tea - Herbal remedy for Flushing:  Infuse one teaspoon of the dried herb in a cup of boiling water for seven minutes. Then strain and cool. Take one to two cups of psyllium seed husk tea daily.
