Marshmallow Root, Licorice, Peppermint, Chamomile, Fennel Seeds – Herbal remedy for Food Allergy:  Mix 1 teaspoon chopped marshmallow root, 1 teaspoon licorice root, 1 teaspoon peppermint, 1 teaspoon of chamomile flowers and 1 teaspoon of fennel. Infuse one teaspoon of the mixture in one cup of boiling water for 15-minutes. Strain and drink two cups daily.
