Omega 3 Vitamin

Omega-3 fatty acids are predominantly found in oily fish and are thought to reduce cholesterol and triglycerides (fats) in the blood. It is recommended that people who have had a heart attack should eat two to four portions of oily fish per week to help keep their heart healthy. Some people take omega-3 supplements to increase the levels that they have in their body but it is recommended that omega-3 levels are achieved naturally through diet, rather than through supplementation.

Omega 3 - Vitamins for Gastritis:   Take 1200 milligrams of fish oil twice daily.

Omega 3 – Vitamins for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: Take 1200 milligrams once a day.
