Raspberry Leaf Tea - Herbal remedy for Colds: Raspberry leaf tea is a good remedy for a sore throat. Pour one cup of boiling water over two teaspoons of dried raspberry leaves and steep for ten minutes. Then strain, allow cooling and then gargle. Raspberry leaf tea is also good for reducing fevers.
Health Warning: Do not swallow the Gargle.
