Couch Grass Tea - Herbal remedy for Laryngitis: Couch grass tea is an anti-inflammatory, reduces irritation and helps to clear phlegm in the throat. Drink a cup three times daily until condition improves. Put one cup of water to boil. Add 2 teaspoon of dried couch grass. Turn off heat, strain and let it cool down then drink.
