Boneset - Herbal remedy for Osteoporosis: Boneset is a commonly used herb in the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis. The flowers, petals and leaves of the boneset plant are used in herbal preparations. Infuse some flowers and leaves in a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes, strain and drink twice daily.
