  • Health Warnings: Avoid during Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
  • Avoid with gallbladder disease.
  • If you have undergone or intend to undergo surgery for appendicitis, avoid using this herbal remedy as it can cause bleeding
  • Do not take turmeric if you are taking blood thinners such as aspirin or Plavix.
  • In the case of gallstones, use only after consulting with your medical doctor.


Turmeric and Cinnamon - Herbal remedy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder: Mix one teaspoon of turmeric and one teaspoon of ground cinnamon in a glass of warm milk. Add some honey and drink before bedtime.
