Chamomile Tea - Herbal remedy for Acid Reflux: One cup of chamomile tea one hour before bedtime can help to reduce inflammation in the stomach thus bringing relief from acid reflux. Infuse one chamomile tea bag in a cup of boiling water for one minute. Remove bag, allow to cool and drink.

Chamomile Tea - Herbal remedy for Stomach Ache: Chamomile is very effective for treating stomach ache. Chamomile is a mild sedative and relieves anxiety which often plays a large role in stomach aches. The essential oil of chamomile has an anti-inflammatory effect on the lining of the digestive tract. Boiling chamomile destroys the essential oil, so infuse chamomile in hot and not boiling water to obtain as much essential oil as possible.
Health Warning: Do not take chamomile if you are allergic to plants such as daisy.

Chamomile Tea - Herbal remedy for Strep Throat: Chamomile tea provides relief for throat pain and prevents dehydration. Drink three cups daily until condition improves.
