Acid Reflux

Acid reflux occurs when there is occasional heartburn or acid  indigestion or a burning sensation in the chest and throat. Air from the stomach goes back up the oesophagus, which is the muscular tube connecting the throat with the stomach, thus causing the sensation of heartburn. People who suffer from acid reflux should stay away from tea, coffee, alcohol and spicy food.
