Apple Cider Vinegar - Natural remedy for Abdominal Pain:  If you are suffering from bloating, gas, indigestion and heartburn, you may have insufficient stomach acid. Stomach acid is essential to digest protein into body muscles and tissues. Stomach acid also helps ensure the proper absorption of other important nutrients including: niacin, folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin C, beta carotene, magnesium, iron, zinc, and calcium. To build up stomach acid try taking a tablespoon of real apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach in the morning. You can take it with food if it is impossible to have it on an empty stomach. Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in one quarter of glass of water.

Apple Cider Vinegar - Natural remedy for Acid Reflux:  Mix one tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar in eight ounces of  water and drink.

Apple Cider Vinegar - Natural remedy for Acne:  Apple cider vinegar contains an anti-bacterial agent which can get rid of bacteria causing acne.
To use it in the treatment of acne it is important to dilute it. Use one part of vinegar to four parts of water. Use cotton wool to apply the diluted solution. Leave it on the skin for 15 minutes then wash, if you do not suffer from sensitive skin you can leave it overnight.

Apple Cider Vinegar - Natural remedy for Addiction: (Alcohol, Drugs & Tobacco): Taking one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with one quarter glass of water helps with withdrawal symptoms from alcohol and tobacco. It reduces the cravings which one feels.

Apple Cider Vinegar - Natural remedy for Aneurysm:  Take 1 tablespoonful of apple cider vinegar in half a glass of warm water twice a day. It helps to keep blood pressure at a normal rate.

Apple Cider Vinegar - Natural remedy for Dermatitis:  Apply cider vinegar on the affected area. Leave for a few minutes then wipe it off with a damp cloth.

Apple Cider Vinegar – Natural remedy for Fish Poisoning:  For Nausea: One of the best cures for food poisoning is drinking undiluted apple cider vinegar. You must use undiluted because only then will the remedy work to the best of its ability. Drink about a quarter cup of apple cider vinegar and it will help reduce the nausea and kill the bacteria or viruses in the stomach causing food poisoning (caused by eating fish). Apple cider vinegar will help improve your condition within 30 minutes.
Health Warning: But, make sure you brush your teeth with baking soda as Apple Cider Vinegar can dissolve the enamel of your tooth.

Apple Cider Vinegar – Natural remedy for Flu (Influenza):  To use apple cider vinegar as a home remedy mix together one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and eight ounces of warm water. Sip this mixture slowly but do not let it get cold. Use this home remedy as often as you think you need to. You can also gargle with apple cider vinegar by mixing together one teaspoon of salt, half a cup of apple cider vinegar and one cup of warm water. Dissolve the salt in the apple cider vinegar and mix in the water. Gargle with this mixture every 15 minutes.
Health Warning: Drinking apple cider vinegar can help soothe a sore throat but do not give it to children under two years because it can cause something called infant botulism which is a kind of food poisoning.

Apple Cider Vinegar- Natural remedy for Flushing:  Drink up to 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with water daily or use the equivalent in recipes or salad dressings.

Apple Cider Vinegar – Natural remedy for Food Allergy:  Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in water and drink it before going to bed.

Add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a cup of warm water. Sip the liquid slowly to help reduce bacteria in the body. Drink several times a day for best results.

Apple Cider Vinegar - Natural remedy for Psoriasis: Apple cider vinegar reduces the redness of psoriasis. Apple cider vinegar has been used throughout the years as a disinfectant and soothing agent. Try taking 3-4 baths a week adding 2 cups of apple cider vinegar. Relax in the water for 30 minutes then shower for a minute in cold water. Take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water with a little honey and cinnamon three times a day, preferably 30 minutes before meals.

Apple Cider Vinegar - Natural remedy for Zits: Dilute some vinegar with water and apply this to your skin. Skin is naturally acidic but, when we use harsh cleansers and soaps, that natural acidity is disrupted. This destroys the acid mantle of our skin, which is needed to protect our skin from germs, bacteria and pollution. Apple cider vinegar help restore acidity and also kills bacteria, removes excess dirt, oil and makeup and dissolves dead skin cells.
1. Purchase  apple cider vinegar (organic, unfiltered, unpasteurized)
2. Pour a small amount of the apple cider vinegar into a glass container.
The amount of apple cider vinegar that you use will depend on how much toner you want to make but I recommend starting with about a tablespoon.
3. Now dilute the apple cider vinegar with filtered or distilled water.
Here, the amount of water that you use will depend on whether or not you have sensitive skin. A ratio of one part apple cider vinegar to two or three parts water is most common but if you have sensitive skin,  use a little more water. 
4. To use your apple cider vinegar toner, pour a little onto a cotton pad and apply it to your skin after cleansing.
Wait until the toner has dried and then use whatever other lotion or cream or moisturizer you want.

Apple Cider Vinegar – Natural remedy for Vaginal Yeast Infection: Use apple cider vinegar diluted with equal parts of water for an external genital wash to relieve itching and burning. Alternately use hydrogen peroxide diluted at the ratio of a quarter cup for every 2 cups of warm water. Apply to the area with a dry and clean towel. Use as often as needed for itch relief.

Apple Cider Vinegar - Natural remedy for Vaginal Discharge: Apple cider vinegar is known to be to a highly effective natural remedy for curing vaginal discharge and odour. Add Apple cider vinegar to your bath water. It is known to neutralize the alkaline conditions that are caused in the vaginal area. It also relieves itching.
