Ground Flaxseed - Natural remedy for Arthritis: Flaxseed is one of the best sources of omega 3 fatty acids considered to be effective in treating inflammation and pain associated with arthritis. Two tablespoons of flaxseed can be taken in cereals and sprinkled on other foods daily.

Ground Flaxseed - Natural remedy for  Cough: For a smoker's cough boil three cups of water with three tablespoons of whole flaxseed. Squeeze juice from three lemons and pour into water. Infuse for three hours. Sweeten with honey. Take one tablespoon twice daily.

Ground Flaxseed - Natural remedy for Erectile Dysfunction:  Take 1-4 tablespoons of ground flaxseed daily in your food.
