Dried Triphala Herbs, - Indian Gooseberry, Amla, Haritaki and Bibitaki - Herbal remedy for Bacterial Vaginitis: They are considered a super-herb combination and are antioxidants. Boil one teaspoon of dried triphala, haritaki and bibitaki with five chopped fresh or dried amlas in three cups of water. Drink twice daily for three days.
