Carrots - Natural remedy for Diarrhea:  Cook half a kilo of carrots in 150 millilitres of water. When carrot is soft, smash and drain, add half a teaspoon of water. Take two to four teaspoons of this soup every half an hour.

Carrots - Natural remedy for Erectile Dysfunction:  Boil two tablespoons of grated carrots in milk for 10 minutes on low flame. Take 100 millilitres of this mixture three times a day for one week.

Carrots - Natural remedy for Heartburn:  Peel and eat a raw carrot and chew each bite 30 times.

Carrots – Natural remedy for Macular Degeneration: Carrots are one of the most popular home remedies for eye care; they are high in beta carotene, a precursor of Vitamin A which is an essential for overall eye health. Eat as much as possible.
