Chaste Tree Berry - Herbal remedy for Cramps:  Chaste berry plants grow throughout the Mediterranean and central Asia and their ripe berries are dried to make a liquid extract that increases the brain's production of dopamine, easing discomfort. Drink 20-40 milligrams of chaste berry extract every morning before breakfast.

Chaste Tree Berry - Herbal remedy for Cysts:  Chaste berry can help balance estrogen and progesterone and shrink ovarian cysts and fibroids.  20-40 milligrams should be taken daily. Chaste berry is not fast acting. Allow up to three months to begin to see results. Chaste berry is considered safe when used according to directions.
Health Warning: Chaste Berry may cause mild side effects like digestive upset, diarrhea or dry mouth.

Chaste Tree Berry - Herbal remedy for Infertility: Chaste Berry helps maintain hormonal balance in women, thus boosting fertility. Chaste berry is available in tablets, capsules, tinctures and liquid form. Take 250 milligram tablet daily.
Health Warning: It is not advisable to use Chaste Berry after becoming pregnant.

Chaste Tree Berry (Vitex) - Herbal remedy for Increase Female Fertility:  The dried fruit of vitex is used to make the vitex supplements which may help regulate hormone production in the pituitary gland and rectify ovulation irregularities. Vitex products are available in a number of different dosage forms including fresh and dried berries, capsules containing powdered chaste tree berries, and liquid preparations such as extracts and tinctures. Dosage depends upon the age and the overall condition of the patient. See product label for dosages.
Health Warning: Vitex supplements may however cause side effects such as diarrhea, acne, stomach cramps and headache. Severe allergic reactions may also occur.  Talk to a doctor to diagnose the actual cause of irregular ovulation before using vitex.

Chaste Tree Berry – Herbal remedy for  Menstrual Cramps: Drink 20-40 milligram of chaste berry extract every morning before breakfast. 

Chaste Tree Berry - Herbal remedy for Osteoporosis: Chaste Berry is recommended for the treatment of osteoporosis. Take one quarter to three quarters teaspoon of chaste tree tincture 1-3 times daily and reduce the dosage if there is improvement.
Health Warning:  Chaste tree may have hormone stimulant effects and should be avoided in pregnancy and while breast-feeding.

Chaste Tree Berry - Herbal remedy for Pregnancy: Another important herbal remedy for women over forty who desire a child is chaste tree berry. Daily use of 1 millilitre of the tincture,  2-3 times daily can increase progesterone, the hormone of pregnancy and the hormone which promotes conception.

Chaste Tree Berry - Herbal remedy for PMS: Chaste berry can reduce PMS symptoms like breast tenderness and headache. Take one quarter to three quarters of teaspoon tincture, one to three times daily, in a glass of water.
