Convulsions

Convulsions:  Convulsion is a medical condition where body muscles contract and relax rapidly and repeatedly, resulting in an uncontrolled shaking of the body. As a convulsion is often a symptom of epileptic seizure the term convulsion is sometimes used for seizure.

However not all epileptic seizures lead to convulsions and not all convulsions are caused by epileptic seizures. Convulsions are also consistent with an electric shock.

The most important information needed to make a diagnosis is a description of your seizures from yourself and someone who witnessed the event, but tests should be carried out to help determine which areas of your brain are affected and look for a potential cause.

Always seek the advice of your doctor before taking herbal remedies
